This week alone we have had 4 colour appointments not show up, no contact from them and not answering our calls/messages.

We understand that occasionally personal situations happen but if we had had a phone call or message we could’ve offered these appointments to people waiting.

We will be charging full price for any “no show” appointment and if we can’t contact you then we will not book you unless we have full payment upfront.

We understand this is a difficult post to read and that the vast majority of you show every time so THANK YOU! We are all self employed so this is a necessary post.
