For a Burns night special this Thursday from 7pm Kyle is slinging a Teacake Old Fashioned which features
Amarosa rosehip liqueur, Port of Leith oloroso Sherry then of course the Scottish Tunnocks teacake and our classic Porridge Colada Milk Punch with flavours of oats, coconut, tropical rooibos tea and pineapple.
Gonna be a brilliant night with plenty of drams from @glendronach and even more craic!

So, ahead of schedule, we are excited to launch our 2024 Birch Courses!
Let Buck & Birch head forager and resident tree whisperer Rupert guide you through the fascinating tale of the birch tree, recounting its history, folklore and culinary uses.
You will also learn first hand how to harvest birch sap and find out why we cherish this most magical of ingredients so much here at Buck & Birch.
If that wasn’t enough Rupert will also furnish you with tasty birch nibbles and sippable treats throughout your experience.
So join us in the gorgeous Gifford Community Woodlands and let us regale you with the fables and flavours our favourite tree.
DATES: 23rd / 30th March
LOCATION: Gifford, East Lothian (Exact meeting details revealed when booking)
TIME: 2pm
DURATION: 1.5hrs
TICKET INCLUDES: Welcome wild tea and birch snacks throughout
PRICE: £45.00 per person
Maximum 14 people per session. Kids under 12 free, when accompanying an adult. Last year tickets sold out incredibly quickly so book now on our website to avoid disappointment.
