Wow just had a vile man in my shop has just insulted me for wearing a mask, left and came back for more, I am sorry, I choose to wear a mask, not just for covid but for other flu and cold viruses that are about right now, sorry if my mask offends, but I will not be taking it off

They’re back! Ready to meet your little humans at our Mumma Bear day at The Marquee, Newton Abbot Rugby Club, this Sunday 27th March. Doors open at 11am for treats, pampering, entertainment, cream teas and bar. Relax and enjoy while the children have fun on the castle and mini karts. Characters appear 1:45pm until 3pm

To all my wonderful customers, my grandsons school is collecting medicines for the children of the Ukraine, I am taking in donations, but it must be with me by Tuesday, Devon and Cornwall Ambulance service are going out to help.. They are looking for calpol plasters creams, any thing we can help with.. Please anything you can offer.. If you wish to buy and donate any of these Items from the shop I will sell them too you and cost price

Good morning sadly we now enter another 4 week lockdown . With Christmas not to far away we will still be trading with a click and collect service . We will do our best to keep things as near normal as possible but sadly you will not be able to browse .

We will go out of our way to help anyone in need, so please, please don't feel like you have to come in here and steal from us, we hand out sandwiches and coffee to those that are unfortunate, and have done so for the last 5 years of having the shop, we never want to see someone go hungry, but I am not prepared to support anyone's drug habit with theft from my shop

During our patrols today it has been heartening to see that the vast majority of people are heeding the government instructions. People are keeping their 2 metre gaps and the streets are relatively quiet. However, there are still a minority who still have not got the message. During traffic stops today, officers were told by people that they were travelling to clean windows, to pick up sand or pick up paint for DIY! These are not essential and necessary trips. If you are out walking as a family, stay as a group. You are leaving the house for exercise not for your children to disappear in all directions. If we don’t adhere to the rules, the NHS will be under increasing pressure and the restrictions will last considerably longer. Make this sacrifice now for all our long term gain.
