Thank you to Londis Ticehurst for very kindly donating their mince pies to this Saturday's Ticehurst Christmas Lights Switch-On. Also a very big thank you to Londis for the use of the collection box by the tills. Over the past year their customers have been dropping spare coins into the box for the Switch-On (6pm this Saturday), and this has raised a very helpful £370. 🎄🎄🎄

You will work alongside the Store Manager to ensure the smooth running of the store.

This key role will be responsible for monitoring stock, wastage and product lines. It will also include till work, Post Office duties, opening and closing the store and other relevant tasks.

A good level of retail experience is essential. Post Office duties will require security checks.

This role is 28 hours per week, with a shift pattern that includes alternate weekends.

We are looking for a Retail Manager to lead our busy village convenience store and Post Office in Ticehurst.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the store, which includes everything from ordering stock to managing the Post Office, and from training staff to maintaining a welcoming store environment.

You will have a good level of experience in either retail or hospitality along with effective people management skills.

This role is 40 hours per week with a rota that includes evenings and weekends.
A Post Office security check will be required.
