Owners Niccolò and Enrico Chioccioli Altadonna oversee every step from pruning to winemaking, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. With double grape sorting, refined French oak barrels, and top-tier vinification, this wine is crafted to perfection.
Tasting Notes: Superb character, intense and rich, with complex fruity and spicy notes. A wonderful acidity harmonises with soft, integrated tannins.

Founded in 2006 by friends Behn and Troy, Payten & Jones in the Yarra Valley, it emphasises organic, sustainable farming and minimal intervention. Using natural acid levels, wild yeasts, and whole bunch fermentation, their wines are unfined and unfiltered, offering a pure grape expression.
Tasting Notes: Bursting with flavours of raspberries, juniper, dried herbs, tobacco, and salami. This savoury wine pairs perfectly with BBQ lamb shoulder or dishes braised in red sauce.

Luigi Bosca Cabernet Franc De Sangre, Mendoza, Argentina

The winery has 7 estates spread out across Mendoza, the vines for this Cabernet Franc come from El Pariso, the oldest and largest of these, situated by the Mendoza River in Maipu. Here the length of the growing season and generous amount of sunlight ensures the grapes reach full ripeness and helps to avoid some of the green pepper/herbaceous aromas often associated with their French counterparts.
The name of the wine translates “of blood” and the family insists it is a reference to the fact that these wines should be shared with loved ones. On the nose, the wine unveils enticing aromas of dark fruit and subtle oak spices, which intensify on the palate. It is medium-bodied with a harmonious blend of ripe fruit flavours that are enhanced by bright acidity. The tannins are ripe but firm, contributing to a balanced and medium-length finish.
