This week we’re showcasing one of our favourite Bordeaux wines - Château Lestrille Capmartin Supérieur! 🍷 A quintessential Bordeaux with rich concentrated fruit notes and alongside a mellow oakiness. Open and available to sample in the shop throughout the weekend! 🇫🇷

Bordeaux Month is in full swing at our shop - and this week we can’t get enough of Château Bonnet’s Réserve Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon! Perfect for the autumnal weather we’re having 🍁🍷 Bursting with black fruit and oak aromas, with blackberry and blackcurrant flavours on the palette with firm, elegant tannins. This - plus several other delicious Bordeaux wines - will be available to sample in the shop all day tomorrow!

Celebrate the Bank Holiday - come rain or shine - with the ‘Best Value’ winners of the Wine Merchant Top 100! ☀️

Sobreiro de Pegoes from Portugal is fermented and aged in stainless steel with notes of herbs and toffee apple, with a subtle sweetness and enticing citrus characters throughout.

Integro Primitivo from Italy is beautifully concentrated with soft black fruits and a lovely, spicy, aniseed finish.

The white is £9.99 and the red is £10.99 - both open and available to sample in the shop throughout the weekend! ✨

If you were at our tasting last week you had a sneak peak at these gorgeous Italian wines from Cantina di Negrar! ☀️🇮🇹 The Corvina is light-bodied, soft and rounded, with distinct black and red cherry notes and a gentle spicy finish. The Garganega is medium-bodied, fresh and dry with stone fruit, and peach, and nectarine in abundance, alongside a typical bitter almond note. Both are currently £9.49 - down from £10.99 - and available to sample in the shop throughout the weekend! ✨
