Polite notice.

Customers can bank coin at our Post Office. It’s a maximum of 10 bags per day. Coin must be presented as listed below. The reason for this is we use the scales to weigh full bags. This makes the transaction quicker (we only have one till) and reduces errors.

Unfortunately, we can’t count the contents of your copper jar one coin at a time.

We had a little get together tonight to say goodbye to Julie who left us a few weeks ago. Missing Paula and Kelly who couldn’t make it.

Julie had only been with us for just over two years, but was a great addition to the team. Unfortunately for us, she was approached by her previous employer and offered a job much closer to home.

We wish Julie all the best in her new job!

As you will probably be aware we do like looking at business statistics from time to time.

We signed up with Evri Parcel Shop just over three weeks ago and it’s safe to say it’s been a popular choice for our customers.

Last week on Friday we dispatched the most parcels out of the fifteen Evri shops in the immediate area (over 80 items in one day).

It’s been a busy day here. We’ve had a section of flooring cut out that was damp and rotten after a slow and consistent leak from an old freezer. More work to be done tomorrow but we are on track to be back to normal business first thing Tuesday 😅
