As well as the usual groceries, dairy, fruit and veg, we stock an increasing number of gluten-free products in our shop. We always welcome suggestions from our customers. Many products come from Shire Foods of Norfolk or from the Suma Co-op - just two of the increasing number of suppliers we use.

We are a Community Interest Company and are an entirely volunteer-run shop and cafe. We started in a portacabin in 2008 and, in 2017, started to build our lovely new shop which opened in January 2018.
