Turmeric Lassi Recipe ๐ฟ๐น
Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
1/2 cup cold water or milk (adjust for desired thickness)
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric (freshly grated turmeric root can also be used)
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional, for added flavor)
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger (optional)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
A pinch of ground black pepper (to enhance turmeric absorption)
A few ice cubes (optional)
A pinch of cardamom powder or saffron strands (for garnish)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine yogurt, water (or milk), turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, honey, and black pepper.
