Last night, we had the pleasure of hosting our very first sake tasting at N&P, an unforgettable evening of discovery and appreciation. We were delighted to welcome Miho Komatsu of Akashi Tai, who guided us through the rich traditions and intricate craftsmanship behind Japan’s iconic drink.
Throughout the evening, we explored, tasted, and compared six distinctive sakes and one Umeshu each offering a unique expression of this fascinating drink. Miho shared her invaluable firsthand insights, bringing the world of sake to life with stories from Japan. To round off the experience, we indulged in a selection of freshly prepared nigiri, maki, and sashimi from Iso Sushi.
What an incredible night it was—thoroughly enjoyed by all! This is just the beginning of our sake journey at N&P, and we can’t wait to do it again. Kanpai!
