Our second round of donations this month goes to Newtonhill Football Club. We’ve chosen to gift £232 after chatting to one of our regulars Barry McIntosh who told us of the issues with flood damage and blocked pipes in the kids changing rooms. Our wee taproom is well supported by many from the Newtonhill community so we’re more than happy show our support where we can👌🏻

As mentioned before, we match pound for pound, the generous donations from taproom pizza sales from the awesome Jo & Linsey of Fired Up Pizzas which in turn, doubles the money pot, allowing donations to be shared even further - another bonus of collaborating with like minded businesses🙌🏻

Keep an eye out for the next round of donations in December.

The first boozy brunch hosted at The Gatehouse Taproom👌🏻

Huge thanks to the lovely ladies who were our inaugural guests today💃🏻

We love collaborating with our fellow local businesses so when it came to catering, we needed to look no further than Brae_chapelton who provided us with a fantastic spread of pastries, flapjacks, cinnamon buns, sandwiches, cured meats and fresh fruit🍓🥐🥪🍇🥮🙌🏻

Giving back to the community that supports our wee business. The lovely ladies from kindly donate money after every pizza day at the taproom and we match their donation pound for pound. This month’s donation of £232 has gone to the fantastic Chapelton Men’s Club. Organised by Chapelton resident Charlie Craig, the group provides a space for gents to get together, enjoy tea/coffee and a fine piece and have a blether. There’s no need to book, it’s free to attend and we can confirm that they are a very welcoming group! As they say, it’s good to talk👌🏻

Registration for the bike ride and walk is open from 9:30am at The Hut, Liddell Place, Chapelton, AB39 8BA.

There’s family fun including children’s games and face painting at Liddell Park, provided by Brio Retirement Living. And there will be a tombola stall at the North East Sensory Services tent with some great prizes to be won!

Delighted to be introducing our very own batch of premium Scottish gin and vodka🙌🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Gatehouse Vodka - based on organic neutral grain spirit - the very same that js used as a base for all drinks produced at the distillery, with the land upon which the grain is sown is rested for at least 7 years! There’s also a strong focus on sustainable practices while avoiding the use of synthetic fertisiers or pesticides - resulting in a very high quality harvest👌🏻

Gatehouse Gin - distilled to a classic London Dry Gin recipe, featuring Macedonian Juniper, Moroccan Coriander and French Angelica.
