M E Peatfield. We have this in the shop, to collect we will require ID.

We have been made aware of rumours circulating within the Parish of the shop being up for sale.

Many of our customers would know “Baggo” who would spend many hours sitting on the wall outside the shop, talking to everyone.

Sadly on Thursday, Baggo had passsed away at home. A go fund page has been set up to help towards his funeral costs.

If anyone would kindly like to donate, please click on the link or a collection box will be available in the shop.

We are pleased to announce, that Lottery is now available in the shop again.

After serving the local community for the past 15 years, today has been the day that Bob & Ambie have officially retired from the shop. They have put their heart and soul into that shop over the years and I know they will be missed by all the staff and all of the loyal customers over the years. We would like to wish both of them a long and happy retirement.

We welcome our new owners who I’m sure will serve the community just as good as Bob & Ambie did. We wish them them well as they now start their journey of running Londis.

One final note, Kay who has worked at the shop for 20 years, finally hung up her Londis coat yesterday and she now starts her life of retirement and she will be hugely missed also.

A change for us all, but we hope that you will continue to support the shop like you have always done.
