THIS WEEK // The clocks are a mess, the sun is out and the kitchen is open from Wednesday! Keeping the Za'atar chicken active but pushing for a perfect plate with the addition of the walnut & red pepper dip muhammara (big up Lebanon & Syria, f**k Israel). Ham hock pittas still not messing about, soup has the seasonal lift of wild garlic and sunset potatoes return for, ideally, a top chip experience.
Sunday we're jerking your chain with a pork belly roast inspired by the Caribbean (down with the Crown) and we've got Reddish native young Sam (as seen blasting out beers at the tap) spinning records.
