Sunday Prep DONE - We’ll be serving our wonderful mulled wine 12-6pm on Sunday from our stall, straight in front of the shop. What’s the secret to good mulled wine? First, it’s in the name. Use a wine you’d actually drink, something fruity with low tannins. We’re using the delicious Don Tinto from Bodegas Latue. Make a strong base, pack as much flavour in and blend to order. No cooking in the bar in the urn of death, no huge mixes. Strong base, fresh wine, good times. NEVER EVER BUY IT PRE MADE. See you all Sunday. CLOSED NEXT WEEK - for our Summer Break! That’s 10th-13th July. We will miss you all BUT can’t wait to spend some much needed family time together in some (hopefully) sunny weather.
