We’re currently without a phone line as BT don’t seem to be able to deliver us new SIM cards.
They were due a week ago and still not arrived and they haven’t been helpful in sorting out.

Unfortunately we’ve had a number of people sick today so unfortunately we have had to close the post office to be able to manage the main shop.

Very sorry for any inconvenience. Post office will open again Monday morning at 8am.

Opening hours for bank holiday Easter weekend

We will be closed Easter Sunday.

The shop will be open as normal on all other days
Monday to Friday 7am-10pm
Saturday 8am-9pm

Post office will be open as normal on Friday 29th March but there will be no collections from Royal Mail for any parcels dropped off.
Post office will be closed Monday 1st April and reopen as normal Tuesday 2nd April at 8am.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The internet is currently unavailable in the area.
It is affecting all shops in the neighbourhood centre.

We do have a free to use atm if anyone wants to pay via cash.

Post office uses mobile internet so that is working as normal.

BT has said it could take up to a few days to sort so this could go on for a few days

Customer notice Sunday 26th November

Sadly yesterday our delivery of fresh food failed to arrive due to transport issues.

It was suppose to be re routed to us today but they have managed to get this wrong too 😞

What this means is we have no milk and will run out of bread early today and have gaps across various lines in store.

Very sorry for any inconvenience and availability will hopefully be back to normal Monday morning.

Whilst it’s taken a lot longer than we had hoped, the post office will be back open to 8pm from Monday 9th October.

Please bear with us as those that are new may take a little longer to process transactions as it’s all new to them and there is a lot to learn.

As some have now noticed, We are now an Evri parcel shop drop off and collection point.

Can I please make clear we do not yet have a label printer in store.
Evri have said it will be a few weeks at least before they deliver one.

Hello

Excuse the rant below but needs to be said.

A number of my female team are currently being harassed by a number of male customers.
It may seem innocent trying to chat them up and ask for their phone number whilst they are working, but it’s making them feel very vulnerable, threatened and scared.

Whilst I’m not here to stop adults having relationships, I will protect my team and will do what is needed to keep them safe.

Any harassment will be reported to the police, even if deemed minor.

I will call out anyone publicly in store who attempts to harass any member of my team.

Please stop!

Post office notice

Unfortunately due to a number of staff changes we are currently short on trained staff to run the post office for full days.

Whilst we will be getting more team trained, we are unfortunately having to temporarily reduce our opening hours on post office.

Until further notice our temporary post office opening hours will be Monday - Saturday 8am-6pm

We will update when we are able to put opening hours back to normal.
