We’ve had some more fantastic new beer arrivals here at The Bottle Bank. Here are a few highlights…
First up, Sub Sandwich Singularity is a hazy New England IPA from the Galactic Series by . It’s hopped with Mosaic, Ekuanot, Citra, Centennial and Chinook which makes for a juicy, creamy and smooth brew with stone fruit flavours.
Next, from , is Dripping Pitch, a West Coast IPA with a big hop aroma,
resinous mouthfeel and a clean snap of bitterness. It’s got plenty of citrus zest and resin for a bold, fruity, crisp and bitter hit.
Next up from in Birmingham is Signals, a West Coast IPA packed with citrus and stone fruit flavours, leaning towards grapefruit and apricot with a hint of blackcurrant. A little bitterness gives structure and depth. With artwork inspired by the control panel of New Street station's iconic signal box, Signals is a bit of Brum in a can.
From we have Online Songs, a hazy New England IPA, bought back for the brewery’s 5th birthday. It’s packed with Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe. Tropical fruits and blood orange notes are abundant in this one!
To celebrate their 10th anniversary, Anspach and Hobday have released a new
750ml bottle aged stout. The Brother Sean 2024 brings together Belgian and UK brewing traditions. It is a bold, complex beer with layers of roasted coffee, chocolate and dark fruit notes, balanced with delicate spice aromas and a full, rounded body.
Next up we have a West Coast Pale from . White Noise has a hop bill of Citra, El Dorado, Simcoe and LA3, resulting in tangerine sweetness, a fresh burst of citrus, plenty of stone fruit, berry and apricot and a whisper of piney bitterness from Simcoe.
Finally, we have Half Dome from . With Pilsner malt, wheat, oats and small amount of Vienna malt, this brew balances drinkability with exuberant hop character. Galaxy, Citra and Simcoe provide flavours of mango and pineapple, with clean herbal notes of sweet basil and papaya on the finish.
