The Stoat is One today 🥳

After walls coming down, a bar being built, a new cellar, new shelving, new furniture, and a lick of paint, or two, the pub was born!

Our first year has been a blast, and we've enjoyed tastings, tap takeover overs, live music, meet the brewer events, and more! Most importantly, though, we've had the privilege of pouring pints for and getting to know you lovely lot 🖤 whether it's chatting over the bar, bonding over a beer, or simply having a rant about the parking wardens in Bedford Place 🫠 we've enjoyed it all!

Keep it coming, folks, and if you're about over the weekend at all, come on down for a pint of the birthday celebration beer brewed with the legendary Catherine and Aaron from "Stoat in a Strange Land! Oh and cake, cake too 🍻

Pale is pouring fresh on the bar now 🍻

Brewed with Olicana and Amarillo, this sessionable lad is very subtle with notes of tropical and citrus fruits. Pouring a beautiful bright, light golden colour this is the kind of beer that you simply can't have just one of!

Beaujolais Village

Region: Beaujolais

Grapes: Gamay

Jean-Claude Lapalu works biodynamically with 60-80 year old Gamay vines in Saint-Etienne-la-Varenne near Brouilly. Vinifyin he produces elegant, ethereal Beaujolais which has put him firmly on the map.

Another one to go on the list of "my favourite beers ever" and The first beer to come from the legends at it's soft, fruity and packed full of both mid fermentation and low temp dry hop additions of Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. This tropical lad is definitely not to be missed 🍻
