Hi, Thanks for looking, Here to rent we have my spotless 6 berth caravan in Skegness, Situated on a very quiet family park, 10 minute walk from the beach and 15minute into the town itself, Close by are various pubs(the majority with play areas for children) Restaurants and takeaways, petrol station and Spar with ATM. The caravan comprises of a comfortable lounge/diner, with gas fire for the cooler
evenings and 2 halogen heaters for the bedrooms. Freeview TV/DVD, Kitchen is well equipped all brand new mod cons with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven /grill and hob ,kettle toaster etc. It has a good sized en suite double bedroom with dressing table, mirror and plenty of cupboard space. The 2nd bedroom comprises of 2 single beds, mirror and smaller wardrobe and good sized bathroom with walk in shower. Iron and ironing board, Duvets and pillows are provided, Due to the current COVID 19 Pandemic we strongly advise guests to bring their own bed linen and towels for peace of mind. We will be adding outside decking, table and chairs very
shortly! The park itself is very quiet, With reception for your queries but no amusements or entertainment(All only a short walk away) Does benefit from regular security patrols and cctv to ensure you have a safe relaxing break. Weekends £100 (but a price can be worked for one night stays etc. Weeks £250 onwards in peak season rises to £350, Always welcome to ring and ask me though! :) £50 none refundable deposit secures your booking, Please note the caravan is cleaned and checked after every stay, if any damage is found then it will need to be paid for.
