And just like that, this week we've put the lid back on the last of the Christmas chocolates, crawled out from under our blanket and returned to the real world.

After the excesses of December, we've toned it back a level or two when it comes to strength and tannins in this month's Discovery Box.

In homage to the fromage 🧀

Green’s of Glastonbury have been making cheese for four generations located on the Somerset levels in the small village of West Pennard, within site of the legendary Glastonbury Tor.

Glastonbury Twanger is from full fat cows milk, with vegetarian rennet, it is aged for up to two years, and you can really taste the full, deep flavour, and fabulous creamy finish, with a salty and nutty tang too.

Simply perfect with a full bodied cider and the very reason why we offer it as an add-on product to any and all purchase, a cheesy cherry on top, if you so like.
