Another two new releases from the wild beer family give,em the fruit a ripe raspberry and freshly squeezed orange juice beer , a foudre fermented fruit sour 😋 Also the Enso a wild pale ale with apricots with yeast harvested from wasps nest, fermented with juicy uk apricots with uk hops & malt 🐝🐝🍑🍺🍺

All wild beer customers, here is the new beyond modus 9 barrel aged sour , a mixture of modus operandi & beyond modus 8 a sweet & acidic ale with a dark ruby colour aged in fleurie poncie barrels ( wine ) now ready to fill those taste buds with flavours of sour cherries & a hint of sherry , with the aroma of autumnal fruits.
