Vecchia Romagna Riserva 18 Year Old Brandy🥃
Intense, refined Riserva 18 is an outstanding blend of spirits aged for a minimum of 18 years in precious oak barriques and then finished in barrels that have been used to make the prestigious Italian red wine, Amarone della Valpolicella.🍷
COLOUR👁️: An extremely bright, warm amber containing hints of mahogany and gold.
NOSE👃🏼: Spicy notes and to***co leaf blend with ethereal hints of dried fruit and bold notes of walnut and fig. It is easy to recognise the wine from which the brandy is made, expressed in notes recalling sherry, port and marsala.
PALATE👄: Smooth, intense, persistent. Yellow candied fruit blends with fruit preserved in spirits and spicy notes of cinnamon, pimento and cloves. The complex notes of walnut leaf and newly dried to***co leaf stand out, as well as coffee and fortified wines such as madeira. Finishing in barrels used in the making of Italy’s classic Amarone della Valpolicella wine adds a winy, tannic touch underlining the spirit’s structure and balance.

The GlenAllachie 35-year-old tells a story of dedication, patience and a relentless pursuit of perfection. Every drop of this meticulously crafted elixir is a testament to our unwavering commitment to exceptional craftsmanship.
Encased in a lavish hand-carved oak box, the spectacular liquid—which dates back to 1989—was matured to perfection in three Pedro Ximénez, one Oloroso, and two virgin oak casks. The result is a luscious symphony of caramel, espresso, and tropical fruit tones.
They proudly present The GlenAllachie 35-year-old at a high strength of 48%, natural colour and unchill filtered, enabling the remarkable spirit to speak for itself.

Introducing THIRON 2024, the first in an annual series of Limited Edition bottlings at Lindores Abbey Distillery.
This release has been in the background for over eight years, before we even had whisky ready to sell. In 2016, Drew, Helen and Poppy travelled to Thiron-Gardais, a small town in France, with a keenness to learn about the birthplace of the monks who founded Lindores Abbey.
Whilst there, they visited an area of woodland where Thiron Oak trees grew, and so began the journey that led us to this very release. This whisky features a contribution from our award-winning spirit that was matured in casks handcrafted using wood sourced from Thiron-Gardais. Alongside specially selected Rejuvenated Red Wine Barriques and Bourbon casks, this whisky is exceptional on the nose and palate, providing an immersive journey through time with each sip, decanting history with every dram.

The 2023 vintage represents 10 years of Astro Bunny (first vintage 2014) and they couldn’t be happier with the result. The cooler conditions of the 2023 vintage, with the fruit ripening on average about two weeks later than normal, were ideal for producing both freshness and fruit power🍒
The blend is the classic Bunny Italian trifecta of Adelaide Hills for early picked whites (Arneis), McLaren Vale for riper Nero d’Avola and the Riverland for our old vine Zibibbo (vineyard planted in 1962). They also added some biodynamic certified Fiano from McLaren Vale this year which brings some lovely texture and mouthfeel.
The colour is a peachy, hazy, lava lamp carrot colour, the aromas explosive with white peach, tangerine and cut lime.
The bubbles are soft and more foamy not aggressively fizzy, with the classic Astro Bunny flavours of peach and nectarine with a smashable watermelon wetness providing great gluggability. She’s fun! Tim was asked to describe the wines in three words recently and I said “Fun, fruity and fault-free” (well maybe that’s four). To that you could add foaming, frothy, fresh and fantastic.

Introducing Plantation’s Elsalvador rum, a column still rum from Ingenio La Cabana Distillery, that is tropically aged for 5 years in ex bourbon casks. The rum is then transported by sea in its barrel over to Cognac, where is it aged for 2 years in a Ferrand Cognac Cask, then further matured for 1 year in a red Pineau des Charentes cask.🌴🍍
