We have teamed up with local designer Fitzpatrick Design to create this incredibly beautiful limited edition rum.

We absolutely love how these designs turned out and we hope you love them too.

It has been a pleasure working with such an inspiring local business and seeing Neil, Phil and Simon work their magic.

We would also like to thank David Chalmers Photography who worked with the team to deliver these stunning images of the product.

This limited-edition batch is made of only 200 bottles to celebrate 200 years of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution(RNLI), with number 200 being donated to Scarborough Lifeboat Station on South Bay.

Siren Distillers' inaugural release of only 200 bottles is the perfect addition to any collection or given as a special gift.

Siren Spiced Rum is an aged Caribbean rum, distilled with a combination of fiery spices; a balance of cinnamon, pimento, nutmeg and orange peel, leading to a kick of pink peppercorn and fresh ginger. Softened with vanilla and toffee to create a rich and complex flavour.

On the nose: Cola aroma and clove

On the palate: Warming spices and orange peel

The finish: A sweetness of toffee and vanilla

Have you been to The Distiller’s Lounge yet?

This unique venue is home to our 300L still and 8 mini stills which you can use to make your very own spiced rum or gin.

During the day it is an eatery with some incredibly tasty food and drink.

The venue is available for private hire in the evening, get in touch for Christmas dos, birthday parties and all other celebrations.

We recently had a gift left for us at The Distiller’s Lounge, we have been mulling over it and for the life of us we haven’t been able to figure out who it’s from! 😂

So we would both like to thank the mystery gift giver, we really appreciate it!

What an absolute pleasure it was to host The Kask Whisky club from Edinburgh yesterday!

The group joined us for a spirit lovers dream day out at The Distiller’s Lounge. Starting with a whisky tasting by Whiskyside followed by a delectable bespoke dining experience from Head Chef Nathan and finished off with a fun filled rum tasting by our Head Distiller Jamie.

Siren Distillers rum tasting experience showcases all THREE Siren Rums including an exclusive taster of our soon to be released spiced rum.

It also features two guest rums:

Twisted Roots Distillery LTD Botanical Rum - if you haven’t had their Pina Colada go try one at Filey Food Festival this weekend, it’s incredible

And West Midlands Distillery Hell Smoked Rum - described as a “face-melting blend of fire and smoke” which always gets people talking!
