Just to let you know with the recent legislation changes, we have no option but to charge for Carrier bags from 29th April 2021.
We have always seen it as a goodwill gesture and part of good customer service to hand out bags but with the state of our seas, even we are reluctant to hand bags out anymore.
Please don’t take it out on staff, they are just following the rules. They are also not in a position to hand out free bags now the laws are in place. Please bring your own bags please and if we are to provide you with a bag then the law requires us to charge a minimum of 10p for every single use carrier bag.

Good morning to all our customers. As you will know, there has been a slight change to face covering requirements from today.we are asking our customers to do the following:

- Please wear a face covering.
- If you are exempt from wearing a face covering because of a hidden disability such as a breathing problem or you meet one of the criteria’s exempt from wearing a face covering please make us aware confidentially and the team will ensure you are not asked again. A handy tip is that you can now purchase Exemption cards for face coverings (this ensures that customers do not need to say anything and discreetly show their card).

We also continue to ensure robust additional cleaning measures.
