🥃 Day 12 of Sipmas: Castarède 1979 Bas Armagnac 🥃

To conclude our Sipmas celebration, we present the Castarède 1979 Bas Armagnac, a masterpiece from a family with over six generations of Armagnac expertise. This vintage is a perfect example of the Castarède house’s style — well-balanced, with delicate perfumes and rich flavors that define the region’s best offerings 🌿

Tasting Notes:
👉 Aroma: Subtle and delicate perfumed notes
👉 Flavour: Peach, prune, and a touch of vanilla on a long, rich finish
👉 Ageing: Aged in oak casks next to the Baise River, the conditions bring out the complexity
