WINNER OF HALLOWEEN SELECTION
Congratulations to David McKenna (Sev) who was the lucky winner of our Halloween themed selection in Octobers Prize Draw. He correctly told us that the legendary killer in the Halloween series was in fact Michael Myers (not the comedian!). Well done David, I hope it was appreciated at home! Jo joined Fraser’s Retail in 2011, initially at our Lower Earley store and transferred to Three Mile Cross when the store opened. Not afraid of a good hard days work, Jo is an exemplary, strong and committed member of the team. She is always willing to help out and cover shifts as well as open the site when needs be. Last month was no exception with Jo covering when asked. Thank you Jo. Well deserved!

Blackberry, Apple and Madagascan Custard Doughnut

Our own recipe plain brioche dough, made in small batches with a bulk fermentation of up to 48 hours for maximum flavour. Double filled and oozing with our freshly made blackberry & apple jam made with plump juicy blackberries and our vanilla custard with Madagascan vanilla pods for an extra creamy rich, sweet taste and local organic milk, thick cream and free range eggs. Like a nostalgic hug.
