It was a true honour for us to host Paul Boutinot last night. Fascinating stories from a history in wine that had us all captivated, whilst taking us on a journey of South African suitability, agriculture and pure vinous delight.

What an incredible evening we were all lucky enough to share.
A huge pleasure for us to host winemaker and friend Dave Fletcher.
We dug into the Hennings library stock to pull out some incredible and diverse wines, and compared them in five flights alongside current vintages.
These wines are singing 👌🏻
