We showcased these stunning wines at our March event, from the producers “Pravis.” At the feet of Castel Madruzzo, exposed to the sun and wind that blows through the valley their wine cellar is completely surrounded by limestone rocks.

Camperchi - 'wines with the soul of Tuscany.' Their wine cellar is the beating heart of Camperchi. They chose to place it in the highest part of the mount where, according to the legend, the temple of Hercules was erected. A place full of energy.

We are passionate about wine and this is a superb example. Intense red with hints of garnet. Deeply sophisticated and showcasing its full pedigree in terms of both the bouquet and the palate.
It is the perfect accompaniment for cold cuts and savoury meats, cheeses especially pecorino and Parmesan. Well worth a try! 🍷

The French blood of the Vistarino family is found in the clones of Pinot Noir, in the architecture of the villa and in the name of this wine that is the marriage of two primary grape varieties for sparkling wines: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

There are actually two words for cheese in Italian: formaggio and cacio. Formaggio is more common while cacio is used regionally (more in Southern Italy). Formaggio comes from the Latin word forma, meaning shape or mold, referring to how the cheese was (and still is) shaped.

WINE OF THE WEEK 🍇 This high-end cuvée is harvested later than most wines, creating richer, deep flavors. The CaraCara, late harvest Falanghina, is colored gold with a soft amber hue due to the warm October sun. Complex aroma with notes of ripe fruit, herbs and wild flowers. Juicy wine, warm with a great body, good balance and an endless finish. Pairs well with seafood, grilled fish with olive oil, tomatoes and olives, pasta al dente with fried shrimps and garlic or scallops, crab and lobster served simply with melted butter or garlic.
