How is the training going for the London Marathon?

Lawrence (our MD) and Aled (our Brewing Quality Manager) are gearing up to run the London Marathon on the 23rd April, in aid of @cancerresearchwales .
Running 26.2 miles is no easy feat! We caught up with Lawrence & Aled to see how the training is going 🏃🏃♂️
