We are hiring....

Job Role:

-Sales Assistant

-Part time, Permanent (8-12 hours per week) with the possibility of more hours during busy periods

Schedule:

-Monday-Sunday 10am-10pm
-Variable Shifts including Days, Evenings and Weekends
-Please note applicants must be flexible to work a variety of shifts and shift patterns.

Job Duties:

-Serving customers and up-selling.
-Processing payment for items, cash handling.
-Advising customers of product range, pricing and promotions.
-Re-stocking shelves and fridges.
-Stock rotation and stock control.
-General housekeeping.
-Arranging floor/window, shelf displays and merchandising.
-Handling customer complaints and queries.
-Observing all of company policies and procedures.

Qualifications / Experience:

Essential Criteria:
-Previous retail experience.
-Excellent customer service skills.

Desirable Criteria:
-Previous Wine/Spirit experience
