It’s asparagus season!

We will once again be stocking fresh asparagus from our lovely supplier Slade Farm Rogate

It’s ready and available in the shop at £2.75 per bundle, great value and a delicious accompaniment to breakfast, lunch or dinner!

The air is warmer, and a lovely new supplier has brought some summer sunshine to our village shop!

Welcome Phoebe who owns and runs the fabulous Hummingbird Floral Designs.

We are proud to be selling some of Phoebe’s gorgeous hand arranged flower bouquets, they are perfect for gifting or just a weekly home cheer up!

Delighted to welcome Jo Hamlyn to the team here at Lurgashall Village Shop.

Local lady Jo starts today and will be undertaking training to take on the role of Postmaster and shop assistant.

We are thrilled Jo has joined us and would ask you to please pop in and say hello!

Jo will be working full days Monday to Thursday and we will communicate new Post Office opening hours once she is fully trained. In the meantime, Paul will continue to open the Post Office once a week.

Post Office in February

Whilst we continue the recruitment of a new Post Master please note we are endeavouring to maintain a weekly post office service at Lurgashall Village Shop.

We hope to confirm a service on Thursday 1 February by the weekend and will let everyone know as soon as we are able.
