Landing just in time the weekend from Overtone Brewing Co is this beaut from their oat cream series, Cotton Clouds.
It’s a big ol’ TIPA weighing in at a hefty 10.5%, but for the love of me I don’t know where they hide the alcohol! Ridiculously well balanced from the use of lactose and far too easy to drink.

Well well well, what do we have here? It’s only one of the best Saisons I’ve ever tasted! Omnipollo and Prairie Artisan Ales have collaborated to make this, Potlatch, a 7.0% Saison hopped exclusively with Mosaic and refermented with Brettanomyces, and is now available from the webshop!
