This morning we laid wreaths down for George Heathman GC DFM & Peter Bushell in remembrance of VE 80. We also placed a larger wreath in the church to remember all those for whom we should be forever grateful.

Had a really genuine couple of hours this afternoon with our Reform UK candidate Andrew Jackson Reform UK - Torridge & Tavistock discussing local small businesses, farming and their policies and about him. Veteran and an all round nice guy that actually listened and engaged. Quite refreshing. More to come I am sure. He’s standing against Sir Geoffrey Cox…whom I’ve not seen for 4 years and considering how difficult these last few years have been for small businesses, farmers and us all, it’s great to actually sit down and meet someone who actually relates to you.
