These are the perfect afternoon treat! 😋 Created by our Innovation and Development Chef Will Torrent, our Chocolate, Fudge & Pecan Cookies are perfectly paired with an apple spread and cream cheese frosting centre - a magical combination of flavours for cosy season 🍂☕

What you’ll need 🛒
🍪 Waitrose Chocolate, Fudge & Pecan Cookies - freshly baked in store
🧀 Cooks' Ingredients Cream Cheese Frosting
🍎 Bonne Maman Caramelised Apple Spread

Method ⏲️
🍪 Grab a cookie & your cream cheese frosting. With the frosting, create a ring around the inner edge of the cookie, leaving space in the middle
🍪 Add a spoonful of caramelised apple spread in the middle
🍪 Pop your second cookie on top to create the irresistible cookie sandwich!
