Our first single cask from the Award Winning White Peak Distillery. A first on many fronts, the highest ABV ever released by White Peak, the first retail available Single Cask in the official branding and the first Cask we've picked ourselves in person.

For TIME : SPACE Mastery, The Macallan has taken inspiration from the past 200 years of whisky masters and the variety of different casks styles available to create layers of complexity with incredible depth of aroma, texture and flavour.

Housed in a uniquely crafted circular vessel symbolising the circle of life and the ongoing journey from the past to the future, TIME : SPACE Mastery is a testament to The Macallan's enduring legacy of excellence. Bottled at 43.6% abv.
On the nose, there are aromas of Medjool dates, sweet baked figs and rich milk chocolate, which are accompanied by delicate hints of honey and tropical character. The palate shines with sweet sherry-seasoned dried fruits, orange marmalade and honeycomb, alongside notes of ginger and cinnamon before bursts of caramelised pineapple and creamy vanilla on the finish.

What a brilliant tabletop tasting hosted by the "WORLD'S STRONGEST RUM SALESMAN" and .distillery

Our customers loved the locally made Spice Drop and Barrel Drop expressions and snapped up the chance to buy a bottle and a tour of the distillery.

We've got a few of each left and the distillery has kindly extended their offer of a tour for 1 person with every remaining bottle, so head in to store now to grab yours!

Saturday the 12th of October, we'll have the strongest Rum rep in Britain, in town showcasing the fantastic Drop Works rum range we have here in the Nottingham store.

Come sample some Spice Drop, Barrel Drop and Dark Drop whilst it lasts.

Time for a new perspective... Jura Perspective

The first in a new series from Jura, Perspective No.1 has been aged for 16 years in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, before being bottled at 46.5% abv. Free from chill filtration and at natural colour.

The dram is a snapshot of Jura's island spirit, featuring notes of stone fruits, assorted dried citrus, wildflower honey and toasted walnut.
