A famous cocktail that originated in Spain, this drink is a great way to enjoy your favourite juicy reds whilst savouring the sunshine.
To make this refreshing summer drink, chop the apple, orange, lemon and lime and place into a fancy glass jug. Next, add three teaspoons of brown sugar to add a little extra depth and sweetness. After you’ve stirred the brown sugar well, grab all your liquids and get ready to make a splash! Add the orange juice and your chosen brandy and mix well, before adding a whole bottle of your favourite Spanish red wine (we’d recommend the Suela Rioja). Finish off with plenty of ice to keep this delicious drink cool.
