IMPY SEASON !

The nights are colder and the clocks have gone back, Halloween is over, pumpkin spiced beers are so last month. It's time for the serious stuff, bring out the thick dark Impy goodness. Impy Season is upon us and we are so here for it.

We've lined up some absolute beasts to get you all started, some big numbers from and .

Whether you enjoy the sweet pastry impys or something more refined as a whiskey barrel aged. We have it. I've gotten a little carried away that I have too many to fit in the picture.

Clean me out and I'll have some more belters to follow leading up to Christmas, come fill your coffers or grab a gift for the stocking.

Czech Showcase!

It's Saturday and what better time to tell you about our little Czech showcase. First time bringing in some with a variety of styles, particularly looking forward to the Brut Pastry Sour with Rhubarb and Mango (vegan too). However, my absolute favourite of the bunch, alongside these we have a fresh hop pilsner from

have also timed their brand new Czech Amber lager with perfect, with and brand new dark Czech lager Coming next week. Will be pouring on draught too.

Today I’m coming at you with not one but TWO beer tasting events (look at us being all organised n stuff)

THIS MONTH: on the 27th, we’re hosting our “Imported Specials” event, guiding you through some special beers from around the world, so you can expect a range of styles. 6 different beers, 6 different countries. What’s not to like? 🌍

NEXT MONTH: on the 11th December we’re getting festive! Toby’s gonna be showing you some of the best beers to have this Christmas 🎄 c’mon down for some strong festive brews

VAULT CITY DROP 🫳🏻

“Christmas beers? But it’s Halloween today?”
Counterpoint: we do what we want

LAST CHRISTMAS: absolutely nuts sour from these lads, they literally threw in a load of wham chew-bars to make it something special / 4.1% 🍬

Snowball: a smoothie pastry sour, super soft and creamy, tastes like marshmallows, raspberry and coconut / 6.4% ⛄️🥥

Mulled Apple Sour: super seasonal sour, traditional mulled spices and a zesty twist, tastes like christmas / 5% 🍏🍎

Chocolate Strawberry Dutch Pancakes: does exactly what it says on the tin, bangin’ / 5.3% 🥞🍫🍓

Mini Mars: a dark, mars bar inspired stout. A more “sessionable” version of their DDF Mars Bar imperial stout. Tastes chocolatey, caramel-y, full bodied, absolutely delicious / 6.2% 🍫

DDF Churros: oh boy. Vault City never miss with their DDF series and this one is no different. This impy is packed full of flavour with sticky melted chocolate, dusty cinnamon and brown sugar, ooooh man, the good stuff / 15% 🤯🤯🤯

FRESH PHANTOM!

Another fresh drop of Phantom has landed at the stall and we have some very exciting additions this time around. We may have got carried away with Peacharine but rightly so, if you haven't tried a beer with this hop then your missing out.
White Thunder being the first beer to use Peacharine hops and actual peach pure too. Get a load of that.

BYE BYE CELLAR GUY 👋 😭

It’s beer tasting time! But this time it’s sad 😢 we’re saying goodbye to our wonderful, little cellar gremlin: Joe as he sets off on a new adventure

We’re giving him a big send off and you’re all invited! We’ve allowed Joe to pick out his own beers this time, complete and utter free-will, so expect some weird and interesting stuff 🤪

The tasting will include 6 beers (maybe a bonus beer if you’re lucky 😉)
