PRODUCT SPOTLIGHT - PRESSED FOR TIME - - White Grape Sour 🍇

If you’ve ever wondered what would happen if beer and wine had a baby, this is probably as close as you’re going to get. 👶

The tannic and acidic flavours come from the Chardonnay and Reichensteiner skins the beer was fermented on. After fermentation it was aged in oak foudres for 4 months with added wine lees to further the flavour development. 🤤

Rated 3.9 on and described as delicate, light and effervescent by beer lovers across the country. For en experimental beer, we’d say that’s a very strong rating 💪
