Did you know rosé wine is made in the beginning like red wine and then after pressing, it's treated just like white, Hence the colour!

The difference is that once the grapes have been crushed, the juice is only left in contact with the skins for a short amount of time.

SINGLE ESTATE WINES - If a wine is labelled as “estate grown” it means it was made only from grapes grown in a vineyard that is owned or controlled by the winery. It also means the wine stayed on the premises during the entire production process, including fermentation, bottling and ageing.

This means you really get to taste the beauty of that terroir from each vintage.
