In regards to InPost & Yodel.

Please note that we are unable to hand over parcels without a valid collection code. We politely request that you come prepared with this code. This should have been provided to you in the confirmation email from InPost or Yodel upon receipt of your parcel in our store.

We appreciate your co-operation and kindness to our staff who have to adhere to these policies from InPost & Yodel.
