Another day in Tassie. Another vineyard trip!!

This time we had the pleasure of meeting Heather from Jansz Tasmania for a fantastic trip through their amazing sparkling wines.
From their NV bubbles all the way through to some very special fizz, we were treated to some absolute gems and had a great experience with Heather 🙌🏼

Fun fact - 1 in 10 bottles of wine that leaves Tasmania is a Jansz!!! Available at both The Grapemonger and One One Two, don't miss out on the opportunity to try this amazing sparkles

We are currently in Tasmania, somewhere we have never visited!! A trip to Josef Chromy Wines to sample some fantastic wines and outstanding local Tasmanian produce, including Wallaby 😋 and Pork Belly.

We have had a number of tables not show up for their bookings this week. It's disappointing to say the least, it is our busiest time of the year and we have turned away numerous bookings. If you have a booking with us in the lead up to Christmas and New year, you will be contacted on the day of your booking, if we cannot contact you to confirm your booking, it will be cancelled and the table will be offered to someone else.
