While the store has become well known for its great value and customer service, it has now become associated with online videos. Spar Lawford Street is all about its customers, and that's why we hold a monthly competition series The Big Challenge, where our staff must take on

a task to win our customers prizes. We also fund raise effortlessly for Cancer Fund for Children, setting out a whole month to raise as much money as possible. These are traditionally kicked off with a video online with staff doing whatever they can to raise awareness. Come and try us out today, we promise you, it will be no ordinary shopping experience!

As the face of Kellys Supermarkets while out on the road, our Delivery Drivers get the opportunity to meet and talk to different customers and staff from other stores each and every day. That’s why this role is about much more than just driving: it's about helping others and delivering great service, with a smile.

Its hands on, physical and full of variety. No two shifts are ever the same! For most of the day you’ll feel like your own boss, delivering to your customers and going out round each of our different stores, but there is always a team of managers and colleagues back at the store ready to support you when and if you need them.

𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼:

• Serve your customer’s and the other stores with a smile & take care of their deliveries as if they were your own
• Load your van and do regular checks to make sure it’s road worthy
• Represent the Kelly brand at all times whilst on the roads ensuring a clean and tidy van as well as your own personal self-hygiene and uniform.
• Drive safely, responsibly and within the law
• Deliver customer deliveries within the local Maghera area
• Deliver all Kellys own brand fresh products, to each of our 11 stores spread throughout the Mid-Ulster area, doing everything necessary to maintain the highest of standard set already by each of our stores.

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱:

• To be passionate about delivering great customer service
• To be friendly, approachable, understanding, patient and reliable
• To be passionate and knowledgeable about the company you work for
• To be able to adapt to working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
• To be able to adhere to the UK Domestic Driving Rules
• To be calm under pressure
• Have a full UK Driving Licence
• To be over 21

Experience is desired, however full-on site training will be provided throughout your employment.
