NEW! The Inventor's Gin Co. Ltd is available to try & buy now.

This gin is distilled right here in Ayrshire by a husband & wife team. They draw their inspiration from the land and sea, fused with Scotland's rich history of world changing inventions and discoveries. The carefully selected ingredients are blended and slowly infused, before distillation in a copper pot still.

Made with a combination of traditional botanicals plus nettle, heather, smoked pink peppercorns and smoked chillies.

Staoisha 2013

Nothing ventured, nothing gained in the quest for whisky perfection. Experimentation was certainly on our mind with this Staoisha; a heavily peated make from Bunnahabhain distillery. Finished for over 18 months in a Tokaji Hungarian sweet wine barrique to yield truly epic results.

Knockdhu 2012

Over 4 years of secondary maturation in a wine barrique emptied for our Cask Islay Sherry Edition. Subtle stone fruit notes from the original sherry maturation, and a faint coastal smoke from the Islay malt seasoning are evident. A cask strength whisky with everything in moderation, including moderation itself.

Dalmunach 2015

Built in 2014 on the site of the old Imperial distillery, Dalmunach is at the forefront of the latest wave of new Scottish distilleries. Filled less than a year after the first spirit flowed from the stills, this refill hogshead provides the perfect stage to showcase this newcomer’s attributes.

Dailuaine 2011

A 1st fill bourbon barrel offers accelerated wood impact compared with more widely used refill hogsheads, due to the richer oak, and higher surface-to-liquid ratio. Arguably, however, accelerated maturation is only possible with a robust style like the meaty make of Dailuaine, that isn’t easily overpowered, and balances the vanilla sweetness with a profound savoury element.
