We’re having a staff party tonight so for one night only we’re going to close at 7.30pm.
Sorry for any inconvenience, but our staff party’s go down in history and I don’t want any of the guests to miss the start…

I think the wind must be blowing in the right direction or something…either that or we’re just lucky it’s sheltered in the yard, anyhow we’ve just had lots of fresh Flowers delivered…

Not only that, but what about the new trolley, it’s been months in the planning, and the other day I finally got round to building it, took hours to execute 😂 but what a result…it’s a blinder, staff and customers love it alike, and are all enjoying it.

What’s going on in the world ??..have you seen the price of 750g Lurpak in the Supermarkets ??
£7.77 in Asda,
£8.25 in Tesco,
£7.25 in Morrisons,
£8.50 at Ocado, and you tell me what it is in the co-op..!!!
But don’t worry folks because we’ve got it in Ken’s for just £6.50..!!!
And while I’m at it we’ve just started having some Yorkshire Jersey butter in, it comes in 250g blocks at just £2.75..

I’ve set up a new page that’s going to showcase the great wine we get in at Ken’s, the links below, if you like wine give it a follow.

I’ll concentrate more on grocery and flowers on this page, but I’ll still put wine on occasionally, but I’ll do it less often and group the wine together in one post like in a TopTen rather than individual posts.

Sian’s been busy sorting out this fresh delivery of Plant & Flowers, we’ve got some nice bulbs on a multi deal at 3 for a fiver, English Tulips and Daffs are looking good, in fact it all looks good.

Do you know what…over the years I’ve noticed that quite a few of my customers like a bit of posh wine.

And I’ve got so many new wines coming into the shop, It’s got to the stage where I could advertise these wines on my page on a daily basis.

But the thing is - I don’t want to bombard my page daily with my wine offers, coz not everyone’s interested in wine.

So I’ve decided I’m going to set up a WhatsApp group that’s dedicated to advertising Posh Wine, I’ll not go mad on it - I’ll just put out new arrivals and bargain offers, but it’ll help me get things out there to the people that appreciate it, I might even get a bit more creative with my advertising and put some videos on 😁
