Summary:
We are looking for a sales assistant to join the team at our off-license store in Malvern
Who we are
3-Kaurs incorporated 3 years ago with view of serving the local communities with a difference, owns 5 Bargain Booze off-licence & convenience stores across, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. It’s a family-owned business wholly run by the staff , 20+ staff working across all our 5 stores. Each store is structed with a store lead assisted by 2 or 3 part time staff according to work life balance of various individuals. We are continuously growing by putting our customers at that heart of what we do and expanding our produce range and number of stores.
What you will do
Here at 3-Kaurs you are just not a till operator who stocks the shelves, you are integral part of community, with us all about customers and service at its best. You will be representing our values in business by being helpful, listening and talking to them , in fact an all-around customer services superstar. We being an exclusive off-license, product knowledge is equally important with customer services, where you will be required to offer advice on alternate product should the customer wish to explore more about the range that we offer.
Key Duties of the Role
To greet customer with a sincere and warm welcome and ensure they are aware you are there to help
To recommend, select and locate the correct merchandise for the customer needs.
To provide information about in store offers, promotions and store cards.
Be aware of latest trends and remain fully updated on product knowledge.
Always maintain a customer friendly and customer focused environment.
Always guarantee a high level of customer service.
Educate and guide customers about Bargain Booze range and the product we sell.
Offer alternatives and add on sales as and when necessary.
Ensure store standards are complete and the store is prepared for the next trading day.
Stock and order management, keeping track of sales and keeping the shop well stocked all the time.
Daily till cash up and stock taking.
Shift management and open to stand in for another member of the team when someone is not available.
Can be asked to take on Keyholder responsibilities.
Comply with all licensing and franchise requirements all the time.
