How to Insert your Contact Lenses 👀👀👀 1. Make sure your hands are clean 🙉 2. Take the lens on either your index finger or ring finger. 3. Slightly pull the skin under your eye down so you create enough room for the lens to actually enter your eye. 4. Simply look up, and insert. And blink numerous times so it 'washes' your eye. 5. If your eye keeps watering and/or feels like it's scratching your eye - REMOVE IMMEDIATELY 🙉. It may feel irritated if there is dirt on the lens. Again, make sure your hands and lens is clean!
