🍾 Emiliana 'Amaluna' Rosé Brut NV, Chile - Delicate with notes of peach, cranberries, raspberries and croissant

🍾 Gallimard Champagne Rosé Brut NV - A smidge more rich and deeper in colour than the Chilean. It packs bunches of red summer fruits with a touch of cream on the palate and nice bit of acidity to cut through it

Dry January 🍾

If you're going dry, that doesn't mean it has to also be dreary!

Leitz' have been making wine in Germany for 300 years, so their ability to create such a convincing alcohol-free wine is no surprise. This bubbly Riesling is what’s called “de-alcoholised” - they made the wine, as they would normally, and then removed the alcohol after. This guarantees an alcohol-free wine that actually tastes and feels like a real wine!

🥂Elegant and off-dry, balanced by Riesling’s natural high levels of acidity – yellow citrus, lime and rhubarb are the main characters here. The bubbles are small and delicate, creating a nice mousse 🤩

John Duval's Plexus white is a stunning blend of Roussanne, Marsanne and Viognier - stone fruits, lemongrass, green pepper, fennel, kerosine and just a smidge of toasty oak. It's beautifully balanced on the palate with a slight hint of ginger 👌

Chloe enjoyed this with her Christmas dinner and it was a match made in heaven!
It's a universal wine that everyone will love and can be enjoyed on its own or with numerous different foods - so take a bottle or 2 along to a New Year's Eve party 🍷 🎉
