👉 Ad Hoc Hen and Chicken Chardonnay, Pemberton.
Hand picked, whole bunch pressed, fermented with natural yeasts and aged in new and two year old oak. Pale and beautifully balanced with hints of vanilla, depth and balance. Match with grilled and roasted white meats, fish, salads and spicy food.

😍 Was £17.25. Now £14.50.

👉 Ad Hoc Middle of Everywhere Shiraz, Frankland River.
Hand picked and sorted fruit with fermentation in small vessels, moderate extraction ensuring vineyard characteristics are fully expressed. Then aged in new and one year old oak for 6-8 months. Aromas of dark berries and spice with a palate of fine, silky tannins and fruit flavours of blueberry and dark cherry. Great with grilled and roasted meat, pizza, pasta casseroles and mature, strong cheeses.

👋 Good morning Crystal Palace.

🍷This weekend at Urban Cellar we have tow absolute bangers (if I do say so myself) will be open to try for free, this weekend, PLUS, we are passing on the £££ discount our supplier has given us. These are great Autumnal wines.

🍷 Ontañón Rioja Blanco, DOCa Rioja. Opulent aromas of pear and jasmine, with tropical notes and well-integrated but subtle oak. The palate is poised with vanilla oak characters, but left fresh by balancing acidity. Flavours of pineapple, crisp lemon, and brioche notes on the finish. Match with roast chicken, seafood and creamy pasta dishes.

Was £13.95. Now £12.25.

🍷 Barão da Várzea do Douro, Reserva Tinto, DOC Douro. Complex aromas of red berry, bramble fruit, sweet vanilla and toasty oak. The palate has blackberry and plum notes balanced by some savoury characters, bright acidity, a hint of pepper and ripe tannins. Pair with roast meats or a nut roast.

Was £17.50. Now £15.50.

☀️ Well, after some glorious warm and sunny weather last week, it seems that the classic Autumn weather reality check this week.

👋 So, what better way to wave goodbye to September as Loyalty Card members than to come and try some wines we have on special offer......for free!

👉 Chapoutier Bio Adunatio Cotes-du-Rhone Rouge. Full bodied, rich with silky tannins and red fruit aromas. Great with grilled and roast meats, pizza, pasta and cheeses.

👉 Leftfield Malbec, Hawkes Bay. Intense characters of blackberry. liquorice and dark chocolate. Pair with grilled and roast meats and casseroles and stews.

👉 Kleine Zalze Chenin Blanc, Stellenbosch. Apricots and peaches with hints of flint and fynbos, finished with delicate oak flavours. Drink with fish, shellfish, grilled and roasted white meats.

😄 NEW BREWERY FREE TASTING.

👉 TITSEY BREWERY FROM TATSFIELD.

👏 With alcohol levels below 4% ABV across the core range, these tipples make for perfect sesssion beers that are packed full of character and flavour.

🍻 All four beers will be open to try for free this Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th of July.

🍺 Gresham Hopper - An English Pale Ale, (3.7% ABV) like sunshine in a pint glass. Citrusy hops providing a refreshing bitterness, served cool on a warm day. A perfect foil for fish and chips.

🍺 Gower Wolf - A classic Best Bitter, (4.0% ABV) with a traditional feel to it, hints of chocolate and honey in the aroma and flavour give it character. Great with sausage and mash.

🍺 Leveson Buck - A Session IPA, (3.7% ABV) a feisty little fellow with an American accent. A more complex beer that can deal with big flavours.

🍺 Innes Lager 330ml. A crisp and golden lager using authentic Helles malt and Saaz hops then late hopped with German Hallertau Blanc hops before being properly ‘lagered’ for a delicate, floral finish with a hint of lemon. Great with spicy dishes.

🌞We have had glimpses of some Summer sun!

🎉 So, new in, two incredible, fun and drinkable Pét-Nats in stock from South Australia.

👏 May we present to you:

🐷 Piggy Pop. A riot of red cherry, cherry pip, glacé cherries - in fact, all of the cherries on the nose with pomegranate, blood orange and raspberry on the palate.

🐰 Astro Bunny. Explosive aromas of white peach, tangerine and lime followed by peach, watermelon and nectarine on the palate.

👋 A few of you have been asking us for it….. so we have duly obliged.

🍷 In stock now and open to try for free from 2pm tomorrow 8th June…. an amazing sparkling shiraz from Coonawarra, Australia.

🍷 Primary fermentation in stainless steel, finished with 6 months in oak hogsheads.

🍷 Secondary fermentation in bottle, then disgorged and a small amount of vintage port added.

🧐 I really wasn’t sure what to expect but WOW. Just WOW. An amazing and delicious sparkling wine.

🎉 Great for any occasion, on its own or paired with game, spicy foods or cured meats.

🌞Well, after some glorious warm and sunny weather last weekend, it has been a bit of a mixed bag this week.

🌞⛅️🌦️The forecast seems to change day by day.

👏 Either way, for you awesome lot who are loyalty card members, we have limited stock offers of some new wines from renowned Australian winemaker Larry Cherubino which are perfect for Summer dining.

🍷’Apo | str | ophe’ red and white blends which are the results of winery field trials. These wines are textural and delicious, without oak character and are ready to drink now.

🍷Then there is ‘Cruel Mistress’ Pinot Noir (what a name eh!?). A silky, soft Pinot fermented using a combination of wild fermentation, selected yeasts and young French Oak.
