Our specially designed trailer is touring key locations today including Whitehall, London Bridge, Millbank, and Parliament Square, to shed light on the alarming rise of illicit ‘Big Puff’ v**es and its impact on youth va**ng.

Youth va**ng will continue to rise after the Government’s To***co and Vapes Bill is introduced due to a loophole.

We are urging governing bodies to take responsibility and make their stance clear over a super-size disposable v**e, with a higher ni****ne intake, which is set to slip through the net.

The Va**ng Specialist is demanding Trading Standards and Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) provide clarity on so-called ‘Big Puff’.

It's World Cancer Day 2025.

Smoking continues to be the biggest cause of cancer in the UK, causing 15% of all cancers, and is responsible for 72% of all lung cancers. As Macmillan Cancer Support put it, 'Giving up smoking is the single most important thing you can do for your health'.

Meanwhile, research continues to indicate that switching to va**ng substantially reduces exposure to cancer-causing toxins. Public Health England's landmark report found that va**ng is 95% less harmful than smoking. This has been backed up by recent reviews from UK experts, who concluded that '"in the short and medium-term, va**ng poses a small fraction of the risks of smoking".

Switching to va**ng continues to be a successful alternative when quitting, with the NHS reporting that you are twice as likely to quit smoking if you use a ni****ne v**e compared to other ni****ne replacement products like patches or gum.

The To***co and Vapes Bill could lead to the growth of a va**ng black market, according to the UK’s leading retailer.

The UK Government-led Bill passed its first Commons hurdle by 415 votes to 47 in November. MPs are now set to reconvene on January 30th to rubber stamp Public Bill Committee proposals which include wholescale restrictions on flavours and the introduction of plain packaging.

VPZ, the UK’s largest va**ng retailer, says the plans have been pushed through too quickly with no industry consultation, and fears they will force people back to smoking.

Greig Fowler, director at VPZ said: “Restricting v**e flavours risks compromising the most effective cessation tool, pushing people back to smoking or unregulated black-market products. It’s vital to take an evidence-based approach, aligning public health goals with practical measures that recognise va**ng as a proven harm reduction tool that saves lives.”
