Bolivar Libertador LCDH Ciban ci**rs get bad rep for construction. I see them on par with the best if the non cubans. I put this cigar in my handbag and it got squished, resulting in wrapper damage. Just a little good lick and cigar has a great draw, no smoke escaping.
