During the latest rearrangement of the shop by Dara and Claire, this photo was found of our shop from 1923.
These were one of the many previous owners of this shop, they are the Morgan family.
I wonder if any of their descendants still live in, or near, the village? Would be nice to know.
Some of our customers remember coming to the shop as children and have told us how it looked back in the day. It's lovely to find out about its history.
Any updates/input re this is most welcome 🥰

Dara's been hard at work, as usual, and he's moved the shop around again.
We've had some new lights fitted and coming soon, AIR CONDITIONING!!
The unit we have at the moment isn't adequate enough to keep things cool in the shop which is a massive problem for me, not that Dara wants me working very much.
I will upload some photo's of the new layout, hopefully, over the weekend.
Hope everyone is enjoying this Bank Holiday, it's been beautiful in Penrhiwllan - how lucky are we!

So, back to the Microgreens.
This is the kit you get and here's the fully grown Micro Broccoli.
it's delicious! I've just been eating it on it's own but it could be sprinkled on salads or in sandwiches...
I grew this in a clean take-away carton making it easy to see when I was watering it.
Think I need to try a different one soon!
